How to start doing what you want to do.

Sometimes it is really hard to just get started with the thing you want to do, but instead you watch a movie or scroll on Social Media or watch your favorite youtuber. So how to start doing what you want to do? What me really helps to start is to begin with something easy, it does not have to do anything with that you want to start. For example I like to DJ, crochet or clean my room. When you clean your room or crochet you can also listen to music, and then when you are done with it. Do the thing you actually wanted to do. Here is why it works, it works because when you get something done the body produces dopamine the same thing you get when doom scrolling but in a better way. When doom scrolling it is kinda bad, because it is too much dopamine to fast. What makes you feel bad when you stop. But when you do a task and get it done it is only a bit of dopamine produced. And a small note, you have to be sometimes bored so when you don’t have anything to do just do nothing and relax on the couch and do nothing.
